Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Summary in plain language
PipLadder gives you trading information: signals, a risk planner, a news shield and a public record of signal-tracked results. We do not trade for you, hold your money or give personal advice. You pay for a period up front, nothing renews automatically, and you must be 18 or older.
1.About the service
PipLadder provides rules-based trading information, including ladder signals, a position planner, a news shield and a public record of signal-tracked results (together, the Service).
The Service is informational. It does not place trades in your broker account, does not manage money or hold funds, and does not provide personal financial advice or discretionary trading.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract where you live. You must also be permitted to trade leveraged forex products in your jurisdiction.
3.Accounts and security
Keep your password and login sessions secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. One person may hold one account.
4.Subscriptions and prepaid payments
Plans are prepaid for a fixed period of one, three or twelve months. You can pay by PayPal, USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) or Bitcoin.
USDT and Bitcoin payments are confirmed automatically once a transaction matching the exact amount shown is found on the blockchain. PayPal payments are confirmed after an administrator checks the transaction.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Paying again extends your current period from its end date.
5.Access periods, grace and wind-down
When a period ends you keep full access for a three-day grace period. After that comes a 14-day wind-down in which open baskets continue to receive closing and risk signals, but no new entries are issued. Access then ends until you renew.
6.Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute or publish signals as your own service, scrape or automate access to the Service, attempt to access another person's account, reverse-engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful activity.
7.Results publication and consent
Your signal-tracked results may be published on the public results page with your consent. By default you appear as Anonymous. You may set your profile to Public to show your username. You can change these choices in Settings or by contacting support.
8.Your decisions and the risks
You decide whether, when and how to trade. You are responsible for your broker account, position sizes, leverage and losses. Signals are information, not instructions, and you must check them against your own broker before acting.
9.Intellectual property
The Service, its content, methods and software belong to PipLadder or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
10.No guarantees and limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. Nothing in it promises a profit or a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PipLadder is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, data loss or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.Termination
You may stop using PipLadder at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraud. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect.
13.Governing law
